Homework: Read for 20 minutes per night. Daily Learning: Daily 5 continued as usual. In science the students designed a scientific test to observe dissolving. Students were asked to find a way to make the life saver dissolve faster. Many students were surprised that vinegar was no better at dissolving life savers than water was. We are currently working on reflection in writing, and in math we started a week long project that involves budgeting for an imaginary camping trip that involves adding and subtracting with decimals, and multiplying double digit numbers in order to make sure that students will be able to make enough money mowing lawns to afford all the camping gear. sjsterne@cbe.ab.ca lmwiens@cbe.ab.ca
